Pierre Brasquies

Member of the Grenoble Bar since 2017

Pierre BRASQUIES holds a Master's degree in business law, with a specialization in intellectual property and design law. He obtained a PhD in private law from the University of Lyon, where he defended a thesis on the infringement of works of applied art.

Before joining the legal profession, Mr. Pierre BRASQUIES devoted his research activities to intellectual property law, while teaching business law at the University.

Within the firm, he mainly deals with litigation files, as well as with the activity related to the filing of industrial property titles, before the INPI, the OEUPI, or the WIPO, both in pre-filing searches and in the follow-up of registration files before these different offices.

He is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Grenoble Alpes.
