Jean-Philippe LECLÈRE holds a DESS (post-graduate degree) in International Business Law and a Diploma in Corporate Counsel from the University of Aix en Provence. He first worked as a corporate lawyer in international groups - Jeumont Schneider in Paris and Hewlett Packard in Grenoble.

He then practiced as a lawyer as head of the Grenoble secondary office of ALAIN BENSOUSSAN AVOCATS.

In 2000 he joined the Grenoble office of LANDWELL & ASSOCIES as Director in charge of the Contracts Department of Economic Law and New Technologies Law.

In 2005 he created the law firm LECLÈRE AVOCATS, which became LECLERE & LOUVIER AVOCATS in 2013.

Retired and active since 2016, Jean-Philippe provides punctual support to the firm on cases in his areas of expertise (contracts, corporate law).
