A little history...

LECLERE & LOUVIER AVOCATS was created in 2005 by Jean-Philippe LECLERE, a former corporate lawyer (Merlin Gérin, HP) who became a lawyer in 1990. After several experiences in large groups (Bensoussan Avocats, Landwell), Jean-Philippe LECLERE decided to create his own law firm dedicated to companies, and more particularly to start-ups.

The firm naturally focused on advising on contractual matters (especially international) and innovation protection.

Josquin LOUVIER joined the firm in 2011, and took over the management in 2015. His arrival has enabled the firm to broaden its range of services to the defense of rights (IP/digital/contractual litigation), and to consolidate its international orientation.

Pierre BRASQUIES joined the firm in 2017, and is more particularly in charge of cases related to intellectual property (trademark, design and copyright registration, counterfeiting) and unfair competition.
