Every lawyer, when taking the oath, swears "to exercise his functions with dignity, conscience, independence, probity and humanity".

The National Rules of Procedure add that a lawyer "shall demonstrate, with respect to his clients, competence, dedication, diligence and prudence".

These are the cardinal values of the lawyer, those which he must not fail to uphold under any circumstances, under penalty of disciplinary sanctions.

In addition to the values of our profession, to which we fully adhere, our daily practice is guided by a few essential principles:

Competence:

It is important to be aware of the limits of one's own know-how or expertise. This site describes the firm's main areas of intervention. We do our utmost to update our knowledge and consolidate our skills, notably by regularly attending and giving training outside the firm.

However, if we feel that we are unable to handle a case, either because it does not fall within our usual areas of expertise or because we lack experience in this area, we will immediately inform you and refer you to a more specialized colleague.

Availability :

You have direct access, by telephone, to the members of the firm. When we are unavailable, we undertake to call you back ASAP. Likewise, unless in special circumstances, your emails will not be left unanswered for more than 48 hours.

Transparency :

Our fees are calculated according to clear and transparent terms and conditions, defined prior to the relationship.

Finally, we attach particular importance to the respect of attorney-client privilege: all the information that you will communicate to us, even at a non-contractual stage (before any service is provided) is subject to professional secrecy and confidentiality.
